Objective:To investigate the acroanesthesia changes of p Iasma Ieve Is of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in patients in diabetes and(or) hypertensive Methods:Eighty patients for selective laparoscopy cholecystectomy(LC)were chosen and divided into four groups:group C(control group),group HP(suffer from hypertension only),group DM(suffer from DM only),group HP-DM(suffer from both HP and DM);Every group contained twenty patients. To determine the plasma CGRP concentration of patients accurately 30 min before anesthesia(T1), laparoscopy cholecystectomy immediately(T2), and 30 min after tracheal extubation(T3), and record each time blood pressure. Results:Plasma CGRP concentrations in HP group,DM group and HP-DM group at T1, T2, T3 are significantly lower than those in group C(p <0.05); As compared with T1 point, plasma CGRP concentration in group C at T2 point was significantly increased(p<0.05);Systolic blood pressure elevated in each group at T2 point, compared with its systolic blood pressure at T1(p <0.05);The extent of HP group, DM group, and HP- DM group is higher than control group(p < 0.05), While The systolic blood pressure rise in larger range in DM group and HP- DM group compared to HP group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with plasma CGRP concentration in patients for LC surgery in normal control group, plasma CGRP concentration in patients with diabetes and(or) high blood pressure reduced, while the extent of fluctuation of systolic blood pressure in patients with diabetes and(or) high blood pressure is bigger around the time of anesthesia, and its clinical significance need to be further discussed.
