| Objects:To study the relation of echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase(EML4-ALK) fusion gene and the m RNA expression of thymidylate synthase(TYMS) in patients with lung adenocarcinoma tissue,to explore more effective individualized treatment programmes for the patients with EML4-ALK fusion gene-positive,to provide more accurate theoretical basis for doctor’s treatment.Methods:Collect 80 patients with confirmed pulmonary adenocarcinoma tissue samples,application of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method to detected the echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion gene in 250 patients,thymidylate synthase m RNA expression in the tissue,and analyze the relationship between the two.Results :EML4-ALK fusion gene-positive rate was 15%(12/80),not in smokers was higher(p<0.05), thymidylate synthase m RNA high expression was 63.75%(51/80).Compared with not detected EML4-ALK fusion gene-positive, EML4-ALK fusion gene-positive had to do with the level of TYMS m RNA expression(p>0.05).Conclusions:In pulmonary adenocarcinoma tissue echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase thymidylate synthase low expression of fusion gene-positive patients may benifit from first-line chemotherapy drugs in Pemetrexeddisodium. |
