Objective:To study the relationship between HBs Ag quantitative and interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B recurrence after drug withdrawal. Methods:The interferon(6MU, i H, qod) for 48 weeks, at the end of treatment in accordance with the stopping criteria(HBV DNA < minimum detection value of serum, liver function recovery, HBe Ag positive patients have HBe Ag conversion), chronic hepatitis B patients were followed up for 48 weeks after drug withdrawal(CHB) in 90 cases among them, 44 cases were HBe Ag positive, HBe Ag negative patients 46 cases, according to the 48 weeks after the drug withdrawal has no virological breakthrough(HBV DNA level increased 1lg value) divided into recurrent group and non recurrent group, respectively, before treatment, at the end of treatment, and 12 weeks,24 weeks,48 weeks after drug withdrawal, in five quantitative detection of hepatitis B(HBVM),HBVDNA, liver function, and compares the difference between the two groups, to study the relationship between HBs Ag quantitative and interferon in the treatment of CHB recurrence after drug withdrawal.Results:1.Either HBe Ag positive or negative, no statistical significance in recurrence group and non recurrence group differences in baseline HBV DNA level(P>0.05), each stage of each ALT is different but the difference was not statistically significant, no significant correlation with the degree of recurrence. There was no significant difference of HBe Ag positive non recurrent group in patients with baseline HBs Ag and HBe Ag levels in patients with HBe Ag negative; and no recurrence group was lower than that of the baseline levels of HBs Ag in patients with recurrent group(P<0.05).2.Both HBeAg positive or HBe Ag negative patients, at the end of treatment, the recurrence group HBs Ag quantitative decline than non recurrence group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), its decline and recurrence was significantly related. The HBe Ag positive and HBe Ag negative patients with HBs Ag decreased more than 1.43 lg IU/ml and 1.93 lg IU/ml, significantly reduced the recurrence rate within 1 years after stopping.3. In 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 48 weeks after drug withdrawal, in HBe Ag positive and HBe Ag negative patients in the two part, the level of HBs Ag in patients with recurrent group was significantly higher than that in non recurrence group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Both HBe Ag positive or negative HBe Ag recurrence after drug withdrawal in 12 weeks after drug withdrawal, when 12 weeks after discontinuation of HBs Ag compared to the baseline level decline were greater than 2.38 and 2.47 lg IU/ml, significantly reduced the recurrence rate within 1years after stopping.Conclusion:1. There was no significant correlation between recurrence and recurrence in patients with HBe Ag positive group CHB after discontinuation of interferon therapy and no relapse group before treatment at baseline; and negative HBe Ag baseline levels of HBs Ag, ALT, HBVDNA and the baseline level before the HBs Ag level; the higher the treatment HBe Ag negative CHB patients, then after discontinuation of more easy to relapse.2. The recurrence significantly correlated with the decreace of HBs Ag quantitative at the end of interferon therapy for CHB, regardless of the level of ALT. For HBe Ag(+) and HBe Ag(-) patients, HBs Ag quantitative withdrawal in recurrence group and non recurrence group were significantly different, HBs Ag decreased the low recurrence rate, when the withdrawal of the HBs Ag quantity decreased more than1.43 and 1.93 lg IU/ml, 1 years after stopping to re hair.3. Both HBe Ag positive or negative patients, 12 weeks, 24 weeks and 48 weeks after drug withdrawal, the level of HBs Ag decreased more than the baseline is not easy to relapse. Interferon treatment of CHB recurrence after drug withdrawal in 12 weeks after drug withdrawal, and when 12 weeks after discontinuation of HBs Ag compared to the baseline level decline were greater than 2.38 and 2.47 lg IU/ml, 1 years after stopping not easy to relapse.
