Objective:The current study aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of two different Sutures way(2-0 V-loc unilateral barbed absorbable suture line and 2-0 Vicryl Absorbable Sutures lines conjoint Hem-o-lok) in retroperitoneoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods:Between June.2012 and May.2014,99 cases of retroperitoneoscopic partial nephrectomy were Performed in our hospital.V-loc unilateral barbed absorbable suture line were used in 42 case, including 31 males and 11 females with mean age 59.4 years. The diameter of tumor was 1.3- 4.5cm(mean 2.8cm).In contrast, Vicryl Absorbable Sutures lines were used in 57 case, including 39 males and 18 females with mean age 61.2 years. The diameter of tumor was 1.5- 4.3cm(mean 2.9cm).Es-timated Hb、SCr、operating time、warm ischemic time(WIT) 、blood loss 、hospital stays and postoperative complications were analyzed using Statistics Analysis..Results:All 99 cases of retroperitoneoscopic partial nephrectomy were successfullly performed, without conversion to open surgery and important intraoperative complications. The postoperative hospital stay and SCr of two groups did not differ significantly(P>0.05).The operation time was(93.3±21.3)min and(124.5±22.9) min, respectively;WIT was(12.4±2.1)min and(20.8±3.8)min,respectively;Blood loss was(75.2±21.8)ml and(118±26.2)ml,respectively;.The statistics was different significantly..Conclusion:Two different Sutures way were effectively and safely used in both groups. The application of V-loc unilateral barbed absorbable suture line in retroperitoneoscopic partial nephrectomy can shorten suture time and operation time, with better safety. It may be a new therapeutic strategy for retroperitoneoscopic partial nephrectomy.
