The Telemedicine System Designed For Stroke Problem Based On Cooperative Service

Stroke has become the world’s second largest cause of death and the largest disability factor.And every year the number of death because of stroke is very large, especially in northern China.The treatment of stroke is also very harsh,and requires patients to be sent to hospital for cure within six hours,otherwise the cripple rate and death rate would be much larger. So cerebral apoplexy patients and the potential need to be take care in the all activities,including:prevention, first aid, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.Must do best in every aspect,the damage caused by stroke will be minimized. The background of this topic system is that the vari ous medical institutions all have their own health care systems.And every medical institutions is a "information island" for each other,result in the difficulty of information interaction between each other.So it is hard to do good job in patients with stroke through cooperative medical service.This paper,with the analysis of the medical treatment activity in the whole process of the patients with stroke, divides the medical activity of patients with stroke into prevention, first aid, diagnosis, treatment and reh abilitation. Through the analysis of every medical activity happened in the process of medical, we can found all medical information flows through the medical activities. The monitoring of the process for various medical activity is also the monitoring of the flow of information between medical institutions.In this way,the doctor can get the status of patients conveniently anytime.Through the control and management of information,the communication and sharing of medical information between m edical institutions will come true.To achieve the above purpose, this topic of the system is divided into four functional modules, namely, process monitoring, resource management and sharing, cooperative service and decision support.Four function modules contact each othe r, work together, supporting the task of helping medical institutions do better as a medical auxiliary system.This topic through the implementation of SOA architecture,use the way of web service to open the surface of medical institutions to systems outside. In order to solve the problem of communication and sharing of medical infromation,this topic using CDA protocol as information exchange standard, help each medical institution communicate each other with heterogeneous data, and make the cooperation among various medical institutions of service more convenient,cuting down many unnecessary actions.
