Clinical Effect Observation Of Modified Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treatment Of Children Allergic Purpura(Blood-heat Bleeding)

Objective: Through the Clinical effect observation of Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of children allergic purpura(blood-heat bleeding), provide scientific basis for Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction used in clinical treatment of this disease, and to further prove the feasibility and effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinical treatment.Methods: Divide 60 cases of children allergic purpura(blood-heat bleeding) randomly into treatment group and control group(30 cases each). The patients of the treatment group were given oral medication of Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with western medicine, the control group only receives western medicine treatment, ten days for a course of treatment. Observing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs children of two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded changes of children or hospitalization days and the relapse situation after 30 days of drug withdrawal, conduct analysis by using statistical software.Results: 1.In terms of comprehensive effect: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group; the total efficiency of the treatment group was slightly larger than the control group, and after statistical analysis, there are significant differences between two groups(P<0.05), showing that the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.In terms of total score of TCM syndrome: After treatment, both two groups’ total score of TCM syndrome were decreased significantly than that before treatment, but two groups’ total score of TCM syndrome after treatment has statistically analysis P<0.05, showing that the total score of TCM syndrome was decreased both the treatment group and the control group, but the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.In terms of each score of TCM syndrome:(1)In terms of improving purpura distribution, purpura color and purpura shape, the efficacy was obvious improved both the treatment group and the control group, but the treatment group was better than the control group.(2) In terms of improving joint pain and abdominal pain, the efficacy can not improved both the treatment group and the control group.(3) In terms of improving polydipsia, epistaxis, red urinate and constipation, the treatment group has more obvious effects, but the control group can not improved, the treatment group was better than the control group.4.In terms of average hospitalization days: the average hospitalization days of the treatment group is 9.23 ± 2.89 days; the average average hospitalization days of the control group is 11.03 ± 2.93 days. Through the statistical analysis, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group can significantly shorten the course of treatment compared with the control group.5.In terms of relapse rate: follow up the two groups of children in 3 months after drug withdrawal, the recurrence rate is 6.67% in the treatment group and 26.67% in the control group, the statistical comparison of P<0.05, indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group for long-term effects.Conclusion: Curing children allergic purpura(blood-heat bleeding) with Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction, not only can significantly improve symptoms in children, but also effectively shorten the course of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate of children, which has obvious advantages in improving the overall function of children’s organs, and it has no toxic effects the clinical efficacy is affirmed as well.
