| ã€Objective】Study of b-type natriuretic peptide in patients with acute coronary syndrome in expression, further analysis of b-type natriuretic peptide and correlation between the severity of coronary lesion in patients with acute coronary syndromes.ã€Method】Select 98 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome(acs), it can be divided into STEMI group 39 cases, the NSTEMI group of 26 cases, UA group of 33 cases of three subgroups, another set of SA 29 cases, a coronary 21 cases of normal control group, and to all the selected patients admitted to hospital immediately detect plasma BNP, parallel cardiac ultrasound and selective coronary angiography examination, analysis of different coronary lesion counts, acute coronary syndrome classification, degree of coronary artery lesions(Gensini score) and the relationship between the plasma BNP levels in patients with.ã€Results】Plasma BNP levels in stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction patients showed a trend of increase gradually, between the three groups of BNP levels between the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), with the increase of coronary lesion counts, patients with BNP levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05). The Gensini score and BNP levels were significantly positive correlation(P < 0.05)ã€Conclusions】B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with acute coronary syndrome in a express, the BNP level and degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with acute coronary syndromes were positively correlated. |
