Objective: By measuring hypersensitivity C- reactive protein value, stone size and blood leukocytes value of the distal ureteral calculi patients with renal colic onset, patients are given conservative treatment. The paper analyses the correlation of the hypersensitivity C- reactive protein concentration of patients with distal ureteral calculi renal colic and stones discharge. Methods: The paper collects distal ureteral calculi patients from May 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013 to visit Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital, a total of 150 cases, 78 cases of male patients, 72 cases of female patients, aging from 18-70. The average age is(29.32 ± 4).Patients suffer from typical lumbar pain, ureter Traveling district under section tenderness positive signs. According to the diagnose of the urinary system B super, X-ray, CT scan, they are confirmed to be simple unilateral lower ureteral stones, and the stone diameter is 4-9mm.As for patients who meet the criteria, they immediate inspections of hypersensitivity C- reactive protein values, renal electrolyte, blood leukocytes during diagnosis by venous blood. After the completion of blood collection, all patients were given intramuscular Dezocine first injection 5mg to ease the pain, intravenous saline 250 ml + 80 mg phloroglucin spasm, after the relief of the pain, patients are given oral sustained-release capsules tamsulosin 0.4mg / day, oral levofloxacin 0.1g / day for infection prevention and control, and patients are asked to drink more water at least 3000 ml a day, and so some running and jumping which require one hour a day. During the treatment, patients with severe renal colic(beyond their tolerance) should be used the dezocine and phloroglucinol to ease the antispasmodic or analgesic respectively according to symptoms.Receiving conservative treatment, all patients should have a second B-urinary system a week later until the time of lithecbole or after four weeks of conservative treatment. As for patients whose stones were not discharged, conservative treatment should be stopped and ureteroscopic surgical intervention should be adopted.Statistical analysis: The collected data is analyzed and processed by using spss17.0 statistical software. The inherent Cox regression model of SPSS Package is used to command COXREG. According to theory stratification variable regression model of Cox regression model, the needed new virtual variables(Time and Strata) are created to be fitted. Thus the paper correctly fitted logistic regression model to process the regression analysis. As P <0.05 is considered as statistically significant difference, the paper focuses on statistical significance by comparisons. Results: After treatment, among 150 cases of stone patients, 50 patients excreted stones, stones of 100 patients are not discharged after four weeks of conservative treatment.Among the 100 cases whose stones were not discharged, 80 cases(80%) underwent ureteroscopy treatment. 16 cases(16%) patients received only imaging seek treatment in other hospitals. People who receive ureteroscopy treatment: 20 people(20%) suffer from inflammatory polyps, 14(14%) suffer from ureteral stenosis. 50(50%) of them enjoy no obvious lesions. After analyzing the obtained data, the paper draw a conclusion that the stone size, high-sensitivity C- reactive protein values relate to the discharged stones, and the correlation is negative and the p <0.05 difference holds statistical significance. However, the value of the blood leukocytes was no significant correlation to lithecbole. Conclusion: Patients who suffer from distal ureteral stones after conservative treatment, their stone expulsion rate and renal colic blood leukocytes has no significant correlation.2. The size of the stone has become an important factor in whether the distal ureteral stones can discharge after conservative treatment. The smaller volume is, the higher probability that is can be excreted after treatment. 3. during the renal colic, hypersensitivity Creactive protein values and distal ureteral calculi discharge has a negative correlation. That is, the lower the value of high-sensitivity C- reactive protein is, the higher the rate of stone expulsion is after conservative treatment. |
