Objective: To investigate the variation of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT) and fibrinogen(FIB) in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) during chemotherapy, and analyze the level of those indicators respectively in NHL type, stage, classification(IPI score) and the LDH groups. Methods: 1. APTT, PT, FIB of 72 NHL patients were measured on initial diagnosis and compared with 29 healthy people. 2. Detected and analyzed those indicators of patients after the 1st, 3rd and 6th circle chemotherapy. 3. Stratified the indicators of patients and compared respectively according to the level of NHL type, stage, classification(IPI score) and LDH.Results: 1.The level of APTT and FIB in initial diagnosed NHL patients were higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05, P<0.05). 2.No obvious differences of APTT and PT were presented in NHL patients after 1st, 3rd and 6th circles chemotherapy(P>0.05, P>0.05);FIB decreased after the 6th circle of chemotherapy compared to the 1st and 3rd circles(P<0.05), but it showed a upward trend in relapse NHL patients(P<0.05). 3. Compared to the indolent lymphoma group, there was an obvious increase on FIB for aggressive lymphoma group(P<0.05); The level of APTT and FIB in stage III-IV patients were slightly higher than I-II patients(P<0.05, P<0.05); There were no statistics differences on APTT, PT, FIB among the groups of IPI score(P>0.05, P>0.05, P>0.05); APTT prolonged and FIB increased in high LDH group than in LDH normal group(P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusion: 1. NHL patients generally accompany with dysfunction of blood coagulation which is associated with the level of type, stage and LDH. 2. Coagulation abnormalities exist in the 1st, 3rd and 6th circles chemotherapy, but FIB decreased slightly at 6th circle chemotherapy. 3. FIB may be an effective indication of the progress for NHL patients.
