| Objective Comparison of two-dimensional gray-scale blood flow imaging techniques(B-flow) and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) in the application of the carotid artery disease. To explore diagnostic value of B-flow in the carotid artery disease. Methods In 100 cases of suspected carotid artery disease in patients with carotid artery of a CDFI and B-flow respectively check, observation vascular contorts, shape, blood vessel wall and blood flow state, measurement of carotid stenosis. In which 32 cases patients of carotid stenosis to make digital subtraction angiography(DSA) inspection. Results B-flow of less than 0.2cm in diameter small patches, vulnerable plaques, blood clots, complex blood flow and carotid artery contorts the anomaly detection were better than of a CDFI;B-flow and CDFI measurement of carotid stenosis rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);B-flow and the comparison of a CDFI in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis degree and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);B-flow and DSA in the diagnosis of carotid stenosis, there was no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).Conclusions B-flow for the diagnosis of carotid artery Small plaque, vulnerable plaques, blood clots, complex blood flow and artery contorts the anomaly, Comparison of a CDFI has more accuracy and superiority; The accuracy of the measurement of carotid stenosis is higher than of a CDFI;Have a high clinical application value. |
