Objective Mimics software was applied to unilateral zygomatic complex fracture CT measurement and the choice of operation fixed point,provides the reference for the clinical treatment,is discussed in this paper. Methods 64 cases of the patients,needing surgical treatment with unilateral zygomatic complex fractures,were collected in this paper.With the operation approaches were divided into four groups,unilateral coronal incision into size groups,Taking a three-dimensional CT after surgery for maxillofacial, importing the data into Mimics software,then using Mimics software to measure the landmark of bilateral zygomatic complex and adjacent bone anatomi,calculate the three-dimensional displacement of postoperative landmark, as well as comparing the different solid loci in surgical diameter, number and postoperative evaluation results, getting a comprehensive analysis of unilateral zygomatic complex fracture fixation site location choice. Results 1,According to the different operation approaches of 64 patients were divided into four groups, using the Mimics software measurement, recording the score. In bone displacement scale, coronal incision combined with vestibular sulcus incision operation into the size of total score of 12.15 points, the highest score, Solid loci were three retention, respectively is: the zygomaticofrontal suture, zygomatic temporal suture, zygomatic suture or infraorbital margin; Small local incisions group total score of 8.29 points, 65% into two fixed sites, respectively is: the zygomatic temporal and zygomatic jaw, 35% zygomatic and temporal point of a fixed site;2, According to the comprehensive evaluation of 6 months postoperative score, coronary incision combined with vestibular sulcus incision operation into size groups were divided into 2.46 points, the highest score; Local small incision group total score is 1.94 points, the lowest score.3,Comprehensive analysis of data and postoperative evaluation, coronal incision combined with vestibular sulcus incision operation into size groups total score is 14.61, the highest score; Local small incision group total score is 10.23, the lowest score, the zygomaticofrontal suture, zygomatic temporal suture, zygomatic suture or infraorbital margin operation mode three fixed site retention scores highest. Conclusion 1, Screening out the orbital frontal zygomatic point, zygomatic suture, infraorbital margin point zygomatic suture, zygomatic process point point, point 5 marks the root of temporal bone. In 64 cases of unilateral zygomatic complex fracture cases, healthy side and postoperative side mark point measurement and calculate the four groups of different surgical methods bone displacement.
