The Expression And Clinical Significance Of Plasma MiR-486 And MiR-499 In Lung Cancer

Objective : To explore the expression level of mi RNA-486 and mi RNA-499 in the plasma of Lung cancer patients and analysis their differences in expression and clinical significance in NSCLC and SCLC.Methods:Determine the expression of plasma mi RNA-486、mi RNA-499 in 35 patients with lung Cancer(experiment group),30 patients with benain disease and healthy people(control group) by real-time quantitative PCR,compare the differences of expression level between experiment group and control group,analyzed correlation between the expression level and clinicopathologic features of Lung cancer patients for eachmicro RNA.Meanwhile,we evaluated the diagnostic vaule of conceming micro RNAs for Lung cancer,and guide differential diagnosis of subtypes of Lung cancer furtherly.Results:(1)The expression level of both mi RNA-486 and mi RNA-499 in the plasma of NSCLC and SCLC is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).And ther decrease is more obvious in NSCLC,which has higher diagnostic value;(2)Compare with the mi RNA-499,s expression quantity in NSCLC patients plasma.There is statistical significance difference(P<0.05)between III~Ⅳstage and I~II stage.There is statistical significance between tumors,differenticated degrees,which provides valuable reference for tumors, pathological diagnosis;(3)The expression quantity of mi RNA in plasma of patients with extensive-stage SCLC is lower than that of patients with limited-stage SCLC(P<0.05),which is hopeful to be a potentical progniosis idex;(4)Evaluated the diagnostic value of mi RNA-486 and mi RNA-499 In lung cancer by ROC curve,the sensitivity and specificity of plasms mi RNA-486 respectively are 88.5% and 83.3%.The sensitivity and specificity of plasms mi RNA-499 respectively are 65.7% and 81.4%.Conclusions:(1) SCLC and NSCLC in mi RNA-486, mi RNA-499 with control group were compared with low expression,which mi RNA-486 differential expression of mi RNA-499 in NSCLC more obvious,more diagnostic value, as expected NSCLC sieve Charles indicators;(2)In patients with NSCLC,the relative expression levels of mi RNA-499 with TNM stage and tumor differentiation, which may become a prognostic indicator inpatients with NSCLC predict,provide a valuable reference for pathological diagnosis of tumors;(3)In SCLC patients, the relative expression of mi RNA-486 tumor staging tips, so the later stages, the expression of the lower, the worse the prognosis;(4) mi RNA-486 and mi RNA-499 in the diagnosis of lung cancer has high sensitivity and specificity.
