Objective: In this study,we treated patients with ACS who had coronary artery single-vessel disease with PCI,then we detected c Tn I before and after PCI,last we analysed correlation between levels of c Tn I and intervention operational factors after PCI.Method: We selected 60 ACS patients with single-vessel disease, testing c Tn I levels before and after PCI,then we detected and recorded various factors of surgical intervention during the PCI surgery. Finally,we analyze it with statistical method. Results: Values of c Tn I is no statistical significant difference in gender, age. There is significant difference between 0 grade group,1 grade group,2 grade group,3 grade group in TIMI flow grade(P<0.05).There is significant difference between <5s group, 5s-10 s group, ≥10s group in balloon dilatation total time(P<0.05).There is significant difference between 1-2 times group, 3 times group and ≥4 times group in balloon dilatation total times(P<0.05).There is significant difference between 14/18 mm group, 24/28 mm group and 33/36 mm group in stent length(P<0.05).Abnormal rate of c Tn I is no statistical significant difference in gender and age(P>0.05). Abnormal rate of c Tn I in TIMI flow grade is 75.0%(0 grade group),30.0%(1 grade group),22.7%(2 grade group)and 10.0%(3 grade group).Abnormal rate of c Tn I in the total time of balloon dilatation is 4.2%( <5s group), 29.2%(5-10 s group), 83.3%(≥10s group). Abnormal rate of c Tn I in the total number of balloon dilatation is 5.3%(1-2 times group), 13.6%(3 times group), 73.7%(≥4 times group). Abnormal rate of c Tn I in stent length is 7.4%(14/18 mm group), 43.3%(24/28 mm group), 100%(33/36 mm group). There is significant difference in some indexs which are TIMI grade, the total time of the balloon(s), the total times of balloon dilation, the length of the stent(mm) released(P<0.05).Conclusions: Patients with ACS who had coronary artery single-vessel disease with PCI,there is a significant relevant between TIMI flow grade, the total time of coronary balloon dilation, the total number of coronary balloon dilation and the length of the stent released during PCI and elevated c Tn I after PCI. |
