In the plateau environment, anoxia motivate intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation pathway, blood coagulation factor attrit to reduce, which makes the patients expressing bleeding tendency, includes APTT,PT extension; level of FIB,PLT decline; vascular bed increase; vessel wall brittleness and blood volume rise. when process thoracotomy, the patients will manifest as high amount of bleeding, it cause high degree of dependency of plasma.In thoracic surgery therapy, physician use normovolaemic haemodilution(NHD)therapy to improve the patients’ coagulation function and Postoperative Hemorrhage. Methods: Contrastive analysis difference of NHD group with control group about APTT,PT,FIB,HB,HCT,PLT and Sp O2;contrastive analysis difference of NHD group and control group APTT, PT, FIB, HB, HCT, PLT, amount of bleeding, time of drainage tube, requirement of plasma when them experience thoracotomy. Control group is untreated patients previously. Results: NHD group APTT,PT is obviously shorter than control group(p<0.01),FIB and Sp O2 have a higher level than control group(p<0.05),PLT have no significant difference than control group(p>0.05);after receive thoracotomy, NHD group APTT,PT is obviously shorter than control group(p<0.01),FIB、HB、HCT、PLT have no significant difference(p>0.05)than control group, NHD group chest fluid, time of drainage tube, volume of plasma is obviously much less than control group(p<0.01)Conclusion : 1.Plateau region Thoracic surgery patients who accompany blood Conclusion : 1.Plateau region Thoracic surgery patients who accompany blood coagulation disorders receive NHD therapy getting coagulation function improvement,APTT,PT is shorten; level of FIB is increased; blood viscosity is decreased, which manifest HB,HCT deceased; level of Sp O2 is increased.2.Patients who receive NHD their blood coagulation improvement after thoracotomy, APTT,PT is shorten, chest fluid, time of drainage tube, volume of plasma is decreased.
