Objective:coronary heart disease(CHD) is generally considered as a disease of middle-aged men. It is widely accepted that the risk for CHD of premenopausal women is low because of hormone protection. Based on our clinical experience, more and more premenopausal women suffer from angina and myocardial infarction without adequate concern. Even now, there are still limited detailed data to describe the characteristics, mechanism and prognosis of premenopausal CHD patients. This article aimed to investigate the risk factors, clinical and the lesion characteristics of coronary artery angiographic of the premenopausal women with coronary heart disease,to analyze age, hypertension, family history of early onset coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking et,al in the premenopausal women with coronary heart disease. To guide the diagnosis and treatment strategy of the premenopausal women with coronary heart disease.Methed:A total of 114 premenopausal women and 76 postmenopausal women who underwent coronary angiography for the first time from September 2012 to September 2014 were enrolled. 48 premenopausal CHD women confirmed by coronary angiography were classified groups A, 66 premenopausal non- CHD women were classified groups B, 76 postmenopausal CHD women were classified groups C. The risk factors and coronary angiographic characteristics(presence, length and severity) were compared between the premenopausal, postmenopausal CHD and the premenopausal non- CHD groups.Result:Pre-M CHD patients presented tend to be with a high prevalence of hypertensionan, diabetes mellitus compared with the premenopausal non- CHD patients(all p<0.05),and more frequently with hypertension, diabetes mellitus compared with postmenopausal CHD patients(all p<0.05). TG of Pre-M CHD patients be higher than the premenopausal non- CHD patients(p<0.05). Although we found more frequent involvement of single vessel in Pre-M CHD(p<0.05), and two vessels and triple vessels in post-M CHD patients(all p<0.05), much more Short of coronary artery lesions in the Pre-M CHD patients were found(<20mm,p <0.05),and more inclined to be located at the LAD(70%). post-M CHD patients had more long of coronary artery lesions(≥20mm,p<0.05).Conclusions:Pre-M CHD patients had a high prevalence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus compared to the premenopausal non-CHD patients and the post-M CHD patients, hypertension and diabetes mellitus are the main risk factors.TG is one of the important predictor of Pre-M CHD patients.Pre-M CHD patients had more frequent involvement of single vessel and much more Short of coronary artery lesions, and more inclined to be located at the LAD.post-M CHD patients had more frequent involvement of triple vessels and more long of coronary heart lesions.
