Vision research is an important part of cognitive of brain, however, the current research on visual universal vision will be limited in the central vision, and the cognitive mechanism for peripheral vision is not perfect. This phenomenon is largely due to the limitations of the equipment of visual cues. In order to break the shackles, the paper research excellence.This paper introduces a wide-field vision imaging system that can present image stimulation in 120 degrees and can be applied in functional magnetic resonance imaging system. Thanks to this system, the research on human vision is more close to the objective world and the corresponding conclusion has been more instructive. Then, the research of eccentricity biases of neural responses in the lateral occipital cortex for object categories positioned in a wide visual field carried out by using this set of imaging equipment. We demonstrated that the lateral visual cortex had eccentricity biases of the neural response to object categories positioned in a wide visual field. Subsequently, the research focus on the human facial expression recognition mechanism, from the behavioral experiment for all the expressions which concluded that, from the center to the periphery visual field, the correct rate is diminishing and the reaction characteristics is increasingly more. Particularly, in the peripheral visual field, the subjects showed that the cognitive ability to the happy expression is highest and the lowest is disgust expression.To explore the activation model of the human brain under different tasks in the wide-field view conditions, we process data based on the BrainVoyager software, use the general linear model to process the task state data, intend to adopt the support vector machine to realize the classification of the data. The research will make a contribution to the study of the human vision diagnosis and treatment of the human spirit and nerve disease and the study of the robot vision.
