Objective: This study is to select two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extract, joint training with rat osteoblasts, several methods and through testing its ability of osteoblast proliferation and the impact of osteoblast in alkaline phosphatase activity. For clinical research and biological application provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance. Methods: Resuscitate oateoblast cell lines and subculture; The study content includes two kinds of herbal extract respectively on osteoblast proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity in osteoblast.Use the CCK-8 method to observed the effect of puerarin and naringin on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast of rats cultured in vitro and ALP method is used to inspect the effect on osteoblast alkaline phosphatase activity inside.Use the HE staining method to observe under microscope osteoblast periods structure form. Results : The puerarin and naringin have obvious promptive effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast, but the effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast naringin value-added ability than puerarin. In terms of osteoblast alkaline phosphatase activity, puerarin and naringin can improve the ALP ability of osteoblasts. But naringin is superior to the effects of puerarin on the influence on it.HE staining microscope osteoblast structure form conforms to the characteristics of osteoblast. Conclusions: Puerarin and naringin have promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity, but naringin on osteoblast proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity is superior to the effect of puerarin. This also for the treatment of periodontitis bone defect caused by exploting a new direction and new ideas.
