Entering the 21 st century, the level of the people’s lives has enhanced rapidly. Hyperglycaemia has become one of those diseases that perplex the people in modern times. To learn the relationship of blood sugar, glycerin trilaurate, cholesterol total andhemoglobin, this paper studies the data from reports of biochemical tests of 35 diabetics, and does regression analysis of those indexes. Promptly, this paper builds up a regression model of the indexes of blood sugar, glycerin trilaurate, cholesterol total andhemoglobin, which is appropriate. It reveals the quantitative relationship of the indexes of blood sugar, glycerin trilaurate, cholesterol total andhemoglobin, and helps diagnose and cure Hyperglycaemia, keeping the index of Hyperglycaemia in a normal range.
