Objectives To observation the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with reservations cure Rectosigmoid(large intestine damp-heat), analysis the mechanism of Pulsatilla decoction joint Bawei Xileisan retention enema cure Straight B ulcerative colitis From the theoretical and clinical studies on two levels, Provide theoretical and experimental evidence for the combination therapy of this disease.Methods Experimental studies selected the test requirements of 60 cases(active phase) Rectosigmoid(large intestine damp-heat), Cases got from Tangshan City, Hebei Province, Chinese medicine hospital inpatient or outpatient patients in the period of May 2013 to October 2014, The selected cases by patient treatment order divided into 2 groups randomly, the control group has 30 cases, treated with 1 gram mesalamine suppository, included by Transrectal,one time a day, Treatment group has 30 cases, On this basis treatment of the control group, with the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined bulbul Bawei Xileisan combined retention enema, included by Transrectal,one time a day, Two weeks for a course of treatment, after two courses of treatment, to Understand Learn to Recurrence of the patient’s physical condition and after withdrawal after treatment, The experiment is the main by observed clinical symptoms improvement of before and after treatment between the two groups, the changing of colonoscopy mucosa to score, and the results were statistically analyzed and processed objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect between the two groups,Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67% by observing the two groups, the total efficiency rate of the control group was 80.00%, the overall effect of treatment group higher than the control group(P<0.05); the mucosal symptoms effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, the total efficiency of the control group was 66.70%, mucosal symptoms effective of treatment group higher than the control group(P<0.05), After two mucosal symptoms compare the efficacy of medication; comparative efficacy of abdominal pain symptom improvement after treatment,the abdominal symptoms improvement rate of treat group was 100.00%, the control group was 86.07%,(P<0.05) abdominal pain symptoms of treat group was better than the control group; compare the efficacy of medication diarrhea symptoms in two groups After treatment, diarrhea symptom improvement rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, the total efficiency of the control group was 66.70%,(P < 0.05) the diarrhea symptoms improvement of the treat group betterthan the control group; compare the efficacy of mucus pus symptoms in two groups after treatment, mucus pus symptom improvement rate of the treatment group was 96.70%, the total efficiency of the control group was 80.00%,(P<0.05) mucus pus and blood will improve symptoms of treatment group better than the control group; compare the efficacy of Tenesmus symptoms in two groups after treatment, tenesmus symptom improvement rate of the treatment group was 93.30%, the total efficiency of the control group was 73.30%,(P<0.05) tenesmus symptoms effective in treatment group better than the control group.Conclusions The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined retention enema Rectosigmoid UC superior efficacy in the control group mesalamine suppository group Chinese medicine combined retention enema straight enables full efficac by Rectosigmoid UC.
