Efficiency Research On The Anxiety Treated With Aromatic Plant Essential Oil

Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental disorders, due to a variety of stress, modern people often get into the spirit of the sub-health state, patients with anxiety, panic disorder are increasing. In the traditional, the treatment of anxiety disorders often adopt the way of drug treatment, but drug treatment often result in drug dependence, for a long time that may take a series of side effects, has great harm to body and mind. As a result, more and more people seeking a simple, safe and effective method. Aromatic plant essential oil was pure natural, small side effects, high acceptance. Some aromatic plant essential oil and essential oil compound has been shown to have better effect to ease the anxiety. Aromatic plant essential oil is the fragrant plant extract volatile substances, these substances exist in plant growth process. In addition, the rapid development of modern landscape architecture, landscape has not only ornamental function, more undertake the function of health care. Aromatic plants possess ornamental and efficacy of dual character, combining aromatherapy and horticultural therapy, establish a fragrant garden of efficency will be a new direction of the future landscape development.In order to study the plant configuration of the has fragrant garden which ease the anxiety, simplify aromatic plants configuration selection in gardens, this paper conducted a series of research. Based on the plant essential oil with scent smell to alleviate anxiety test, aromatic essential oil by GC/MS on chemical composition test, discriminant which compounds of the essential oil worked to alleviate anxiety. Efficiency aromatic plants range can be significantly reduced. The chemical composition of four pure essential oil, compound pure essential oil I and compound pure essential oil II were analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometer. At the same time, the volunteers were recruited to evaluate the two compound essential oil for the treatment of anxiety by self-rating anxiety and electroencephalogram changes.In the pure essential oil I, limonene was the main compound. Linalool and linalyl acetate were the main ingredients in the pure essential oil II. For pure essential oil III, benzyl benzoate and linalool were more than others. pure essential oil IV was mainly composed of grievances citronellol and geraniol. Terpene were most abundant compounds in both compound pure essential oil I and compound pure essential oil II.According to self-rating anxiety of the volunteers, the male and female volunteers scores were all dropped to 50 points or less after 7 days’ compound essential oil sniffing tests. Compound pure essential oil I and compound pure essential oil II was effective than compound pure essential oil I as it had greater degree of drop. In the electroencephalogram experiments, the voluteers with compound pure essential oil II sniffing tests had a high proportion of α wave enhanced.The results showed that the compound II reduce anxiety effect is better than that of compound essential oil I. According to the results of GC/MS analysis, compound essential oil II main chemical components are limonene(72.17%), linalool(5.99%), linalyl acetate(4.78%), benzyl benzoate(1.41%), citronellol(1.77%), geraniol(0.91%), containing the above volatile compounds of aromatic plants, can be used as efficiency aromatic garden.
