Coronary disease also calls the anemic heart disease. It refers to the coronal atherosclerosis to cause the luminal stenosis or occlusion that causes myocardial ischemia, hypoxia and necrosis. With the increasing incidence of coronary artery disease, it’s significant to research a safe and effective method to treat coronary heart disease. Extracorporeal Cardiac Shock Wave Treatment will provide a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease. It’s a noninvasive and effective method of treatment.This paper tries to research and design a extracorporeal cardiac ultrasound shock wave treatment system. First we should analysis the physical mechanism and biological principle of acoustic shock wave therapy of coronary heart disease in vitro and calculate the value and loss of energy at transfer process. The sound field distribution of ultrasonic radiation can be calculated by using the Huygens principle and simulated by Matlab simulation software.We can determine parameters and design structure of ECSWT system combining the theoretical analysis and simulation results. This system adopts coaxial ultrasonic positioning to locate focus region. Then the shock wave transducer produces shock waves entering into the human body through the coupling water sac, so the shock wave focus in the lesion site. Our main research content is the shock waves transducer and the high voltage controlling system. Shock wave transducer is the parts to produce ultrasonic waves and can change electricity energy into mechanic energy. It includes reflection cup, high-frequency coil, metal film, insulating support, insulation adhesive. High-voltage trigger and control circuit system can provide pulse charging high-voltage for energy storage capacitor and control the starting and stopping of pulse wave. High-voltage trigger and control circuit system contains high pressure booster circuit, energy storage capacitor array, charging control module, high voltage relay switch module, mixed signal processing module and so on.At the completion of the transducer and trigger circuit of the development and processing. We should design experiments to test the accuracy and stability of on the circuit system and test the waveform at treatment target area. Through the experiment we found the working frequency of trigger circuit system is 1 Hz which accords with pulsation cycle of human body heart. The voltage of energy storage capacitor achieves more than tow kilovolt and charging process is stability. The level of high voltage pulse is milliseconds magnitude and voltage adjustment is convenient. The ultrasonic wave waveform caused by the transducer is stable and pressure value reached Megapascal magnitude. Conclusion:Working parameters of system is accurate and complete the design requirements. The shock wave transducer and trigger circuit performance is stable.
