The excess blood sugar will result in a lot of damage on various tissues. Limited useful information concerning biological electromagetic methods has been reported to treat this kind of disease. In this work, we have utilized magetic irradiation, farred light irradiation, magnetic water to deal with the rats suffering from hyperglycaemia. and then detected blood, liver, kidney, brain and testis the biological property and electronic property. It was found that(1) the treatment using magnetic water and fared light irradiation gave rise to the decrease of the concentration of the blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin,(2) When compared with the control group, the dielectic constant and the impedance of tissues were dealt with farred light irradiation and magnetic water would be decreased and increased, respectively. However, different tissues exhibit different behavior varying from blood, liver, kidney, brain and testis. No expected results were observed when we used magnetic field to treat the model,(3) Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) results showed that some components, including the secondary structure of the protein undertook some changes in the case of magenetic water and farred light irradiation. The ratio between I 1221cm-1 and I 1640cm-1 revealed that the treatment using magnetic water would caused the similar effect as the control group. |
