The Use Of Wenshen Tongluo Qushi Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis (Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the use of Wenshen Tongluo Qushi treatment of kidney yang deficien cy type of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in patients with clinical efficacy, and the score ofdise ase activity, pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis Bath index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylo sing Spondyliti-s Functional Index (BASFI), occipital wall distance, finger to floor distanc e, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) effect to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods:From April to 2014 2013 were March in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hos pital during rheumatic osteopathy clinic or ward area, will meet the inclusion criteria of 50pa tients with kidney yang deficiency type of deficiency of AS randomly divided into the contro 1 group, the test group.30 cases of the control group with oral administration ofconventional western medicine therapy (Liu Danhuang pyridine enteric coated tablets combined with Lox oprofen Sodium Tablets); 30 cases in test group based on the useof oral conventional western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine decoction withwarming kidney and eliminating dam pness and dredging method (six calamus sandDecoction) oral therapy.3 months for a course of treatment. The end of a course of treatment, two groups were recorded respectively in pati ents before treatment and after treatment of pain score, BASDAI, BASFI, occipital wall dista nce, finger to floor distance, the change of ESR, using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis to the da ta.Results:Compared in the two groups after treatment, pain score, BASDAI, BASFI, finger to floor distance, ESR after treatment than before treatment were significantly improved (P< 0. 05),the two groups after treatment of occipital wall distance than before treatment had no ob vious improvement (P> 0.05). Comparison between the two groups, experimental group afte r treatment, pain scores, BASDAI, BASFI, finger to floor distance improved significantly co mpared with the control group (P< 0.05), no significant difference between the two groups,i mprove the pillow wall distance after ESR treatment (P> 0.05). Comparison of curative effe ct of TCM syndrome integral, the effective rate of the experimental group 96%, the effective rate of control group 88%, the experimental group had better effect than the control group (P < 0.05). The effect of ASAS20 standard, the experimental group up to 23 people, up to 17pe ople in control group, the experimental group had better effect than the control group ( P<0. 05).Conclusion:Wenshen Tongluo Qushi treatment of deficiency of kidney yang deficiency typ e ASpositive curative effect, and is better than oral administration of conventional western m edicine group.
