Objective:The aim of the study was to comparison of radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia by three-dimensional Elect ro-anatomical electrophysiological mapping system and conventional X-ray fluoroscopy.The measured indices included the time of op-eration, X-ray exposure, X-ray exposure t ime, the number of discharges, short-term success rate, long-te-rm success rate.Methods: The study included 172 patients who underwent catheter ablation for PSVT from 2014 January to December.All the patients were divided into tri-dimensional group(n=94) and conventional mapping group(n=78).The measured indices included the time of op-eration, X-ray exposure, X-ray exposure time, the number of discharges, short-term success rate, long-te-rm success rate.Results:Compared the time of oprating procedure[(35.94±21.12)min,(36.55±20.08)min],they were not statistically different(P> 0.05).the time of X-ray exposur [(7.06±3.88) min vs(12.79±4.85) min], the total of X-ray exposur [(328.41±344.86) m Gy vs(1056.44±631.96) m Gy],the discharge times [(2.94±0.96) vs(7.41±2.20)] between the tri-dimensional group and conventional mapping group, all of thesd had show significant change.But the short-term(96.80% vs 93.59%) and longterm(94.68% vs 94.87%) success rate had non-significant chage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-dimensional mapping system, referred to the electrophy-siologic data and reconstructed a tri-dimensional structure of the heart,can quickly locate the poi nt of origin of PSVT by using of activation mapping and pace mapping technol-ogy.And the three-dimensional mapping system can improve ablation target position accurate,wi th a more high short-term and long-term success rate, and make the time of oprating pr ocedure shorter,X-ray exposure time shorter, less number of discharge.Compared with c onventional mapping, radiofrequency catheter ablation of PSVT under three-dimensiona l mapping system is more safe an-d effective.
