Clinical Effect Research Of Zaobeihuatan Capsule To Cure Acute Ischemic Stroke Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zaobeihuatan capsule to cure acute ischemic cerebral stroke of phlegm and blood stasis; By measuring the micro index of serum interleukin- 6(IL- 6) to reveal the mechanism of action of Zaobeihuatan capsule, to observe the effects of the drug on inflammatory cytokines From the aspects of the modern pathological mechanism,and to explore the mechanism of acute ischemic stroke.Methods: According to the cases included in standard, the 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis resistance type of syndrome differentiation according to the medical order, in a randomized, controlled clinical research method is divided into two groups, the Zaobeihuatan capsule treatment group and control group. Control group according to the "guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2010" shall be regular treatment, the treatment group except the given routine therapy, oral stroke soap phlegm capsule. Two groups of a course is 14 days. Statistics of two groups before and after treatment in patients with nerve function defect score and TCM symptom score, and determination of patients into groups on the first day, 3 days, 7 days after serum IL- 6 levels. The data process by the computer spass18.0 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)Respectively on two groups of patients with gender, age and other general data for statistical analysis, The results showed no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05), there are statistically significant;(2)Two groups of patients before treatment neurologic deficits and TCM symptom integral by the statistical analysis has no obvious difference(P > 0.05);(3)Neural function defect scale comparison: the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, significant differences(P < 0.05), the comparison between the two have no obvious difference(P > 0.05);(4)TCM symptoms integral comparison: the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, there were significant differences(P < 0.05), the comparison between the two groups treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);(5)28 days after treatment of two groups of patients daily life ability of BI score had significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group patients daily life ability recovery is better than the control group;(6)Serum test results show that: after acute ischemic stroke, the highest content of IL- 6 in 1 day, 3 days, 7 days is falling, two groups was significantly reduced, the significant difference(P > 0.05), the comparison between the two groups treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zaobeihuatan capsule on patients with acute ischemic stroke of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type curative effect significantly, can significantly reduce the neural function defect scale in patients with acute ischemic stroke and TCM symptom integral, and good safety;(2)Zaobeihuatan capsule treatment group was significantly lower serum content of IL- 6, Zaobeihuatan capsule can prompt stroke by lowering the expression of inflammatory cytokines, role in the process of the inflammation, relieve brain tissue damage.;(3) Zaobeihuatan capsule combined with conventional western medicine treatment, clinical curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment...
