The Qing Dynasty And Before Clinical Application Of Neiguan(PC6)

Objective:To systematically in the Qing Dynasty(February13,1912 beforeNeiguan literature, summarize the clinical application of law.Method: the traditional Chinese medicine literature and data mining, screening at single point and its compatibility indications, combination of acupoints and moxibustion characteristic information, the formation of a standardized format, database. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS16.0 software.Results: Neiguan single acupoint indications 34, screened 9 dominant diseases; and the indications of 49 kinds of screening, 10 dominant diseases and high compatibility prescription compatibility acupoints Neiguan; and 123, point 5, point 3, Zusanli(ST36),Gongsun(SP4),Daling(PC7),Shangwan9(PN13),Zhongwan(PN12),Zhaohai(K16),Shenmen(HT7),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shenshu(BL24) Geshu(BL17) acupoint and for the top 10; acupoint, Duyin(LE11), San Jiaojiu, Qi Zhuma, Baxie(ex-le9). Ashi points as, foot thumb in the beginning of section stripes, umbilical six inch on each side of a inch, Dazhui section, third section, acupuncture and moxibustion of Dazhui; as the main needling and moxibustion methods, including 3 points, 5 points, 1.4 inches for acupuncture moxibustion stimulate common depth; volume three, five ZhuangConclusion: the results of the study are reviewed the clinical application of acupuncture on Neiguan, the clinical and scientific research have great reference value.
