Clinical Observation Of Yimufutu Decoction And Zuojin Pill In Treating Bible Reflux Gastritis

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of yimufutu decoction and zuojin pill for bile reflux gastritis(BRG) with liver stomach disharmony.Methods: Select the object of observation.60 patients were randomly diveded into treatment group and control group.30 patients in treatment group was given yimufutu decoction and zuojin pill,the other was given Domperidone and Hydrotalcite Che.The total course was 4 weeks and to observe the clinical effect after a period of treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 70.00% in the control group.Treatment group total effective rate is higher than the control group.The two groups have significant difference by analysis(P<0.05) and the treatment group have better curative effect in the aspect of clinical comprehensive curative. Comparing with control group,the treatment group have better curative effect in total integral syndrome,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.Comparing Gastroscopy effects,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.A better histologic restoration on gastral cavity fullness,emotional depression,poor appetite and inhibited defecation was observed in the study group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).In the terms of epigastric pain,distending pain in hypochondrium, diagnosis noisy, heating, pantothenic acid, deep sign, and the tongue coating pulse conditiont,the two groups have the similar effects(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of the clinical trials show that yimufutu decoction and zuojin pill has obvious curative effect in the treatment of bible reflux gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony.
