Clinical Application Of Wumei Pill On Deficiency Of Liver Yang On Depression

Objective:Through the observation of depression in patients with liver yang deficiency syndrome take Wumei Pill and Pa Rossi Dean hydrochloride(Le You) changes in emotional state and TCM symptoms, physical signs of drug evaluation, Wumei Pill in the treatment of liver Yang weak cause Yang depression does not reach, the efficacy and superiority of stagnated fire Chong type of depression.Methods: 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into, Wumei Pill(experimental group) 30 cases, Pa Rossi Dean hydrochloride(Le You) group(control group) 30 cases, respectively, using the corresponding medicine for clinical treatment of it, for 4 weeks. Changes in patients with HAMD scale, TCM symptom score were observed before and after the treatment.Results:1. Comparison of Evaluation in accordance with the "guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs of TCM" standard clinical curative effect of the experimental group, the total effective rate was 93.33%, total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%, there were significant differences between the clinical curative effect of the two groups(P < 0.01). 2. according to the HAMD to improve the rate of curative effect evaluation of comparison, the experimental group markedly effective rate of 66.67%, the total efficiency of 100%; control group, markedly effective rate of 26.66%, the total efficiency of 66.67%; the effect of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3.in the HAMD total score and the comparison of the components, the overall effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4.in TCM clinical symptom score comparison, the experimental group in improving the TCM symptom score than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Wumei Pill can relieve depression in patients with depression, fatigue, shortness of breath, the two threatened fullness, anxiety, palpitation, irritability, aversion to cold, anorexia, loose stool and other symptoms, especially the two threatened fullness, aversion to cold, poor appetite, loose stools symptoms. Confirmed that Wumei Pill is treating liver Yang weak cause Yang depression does not reach, the effective prescription of thrusting type depression stagnated fire.
