Clinical Observation Of Ningfei Hewei Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Syndrome Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease In 60 Cases

Objective: To investigate and research the clinical efficacy of NERD. And explore the mechanism of the treatment in Ningfei Hewei Decoction systematically from the theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:On the basis of the general treatment(such as: raising the bed, avoid high-fat foods, not eating before bedtime 3 h, weight loss, smoking and alcoh ocessation, etc.),the experimental group was provided Ning lung and stomach soup(Group by: bellflower 12 g licorice 6g, almond 6g, Pinellia 9g, ginger 12 g, Magnolia officinalis 9g, dried tangerine peel 9g, Atractylodes 15 g, Poria 15 g, Fritillaria 12 g, cuttlebone 15 g, radish seed(fried) 9g) decoction, take concoction 300 ml, morning and evening twice, warm clothes, once a day. The matched group was provided meprazole enteric-coated capsules(trade name: omeprazole) 20 mg, use it once each morning and evening, taking half an hour before meals; mosapride piece(fast force) 5mg, use it once early, middle and later, half an hour before meals. The two groups are 4 weeks for a course of treatment, a total of two courses, and compare the results before and after treatment.Results: Based on the clinical symptom score and the TCM symptom scores,the patient of the tow group got significant differences before and after the treatment(P <0.01).In which, there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,in the "heartburn" symptom score of the posttreatment clinical symptom,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group; "acid reflux" and "chest pain" symptom scores showed significant differences in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05); "regurgitation" symptom score was no significant difference between treatment groups fairly;Before and after treatment,in the test group and the control group, "heartburn", "acid reflux", "chest pain", "anti-food" and other clinical symptom score,the values of P was low than 0.01.Compared with the pre-treatment symptom score,patients were clinical symptoms improved significantly after the treatment, with a significant difference(P = 0.023, P <0.05),with the TCM symptom scores before and after the two groups of patients showed a very significant difference(P <0.01).P values after treatment of Chinese medicine "throat discomfort if sputum Terrier" "Pan spit spit," "chest full of nausea" and other primary disease symptom scores were P = 0.018, P = 0.021, P = 0.040, P values were <0.05. While the Chinese test group and the control group before and after treatment, "throat discomfort if sputum Terrier" "Pan spit spit," "chest full of nausea" and other primary disease P values were symptom score <0.01 were statistically significant difference.The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group, was 96.6% and 90.0%, markedly effective rate was 90.0% and 73.3%, Compared to the control group, the test group was significantly better than the control group,especially in these aspscts, such as,TCM symptoms, markedly effective rate.Conclusions:(1)Ningfei Hewei Decoction got a significant effect on to treat the non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux,and showed a significant effect on TCM "qi stagnation and phlegm".(2)Using "Ningfei Hewei Decoction " method for the treatment of principle, the efficacy of treatment for non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease have been confirmed for the TCM treatment NERD and provides a new treatment ideas,which worthies further study and promotion.
