Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Statis Of Ventricular Premature Beats(VPB) With Qi-shen Baoxin Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the qi-shen baoxin tang on Qi deficiency and blood statis of Ventricular premature beats(VPB) with organic heart disease.Method:55 patients with organic heart disease and frequent ventricular extrasystole were randomly divided into the concol group(27cases) and the treatment group(28 cases).The control group was dosed Amiodarone Hydrochloride Tablets,qi-shen baoxintang was given to treatment group.The course of treatment was four weeks. Clinical effects were compared after 4 weeks. Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.2%,which was significantly superior to that of the concrol group(the total efficiency of 54.9%).2.There were remarkable differences in the disease classification between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2. Compared two groups of patients with symptoms of TCM, There were great deference(P<0.05), the treatment group could better improve TCM symptoms.3. The two groups after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05), treatment group can relieve the Disease classification better.4. Treatment group at 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat less side effect more apparent, compared two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions:Qishen baoxin tang can remarkably lessen clinical symptoms and ECG。The drug is safe, convenient and easy for the patiants to accept.
