Clinical Research About Effect Of Micron Rhubarb Charcoal Combined With Anti-HP Therapy On HP-associated Active Gastric Ulcer

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of Hp-associated active gastric ulcer in the treatment of micron rhubarb charcoal combined with triple therapy,And explore effective therapeutic schedule to improve the quality of ulcer healing 、 improve Hp eradication rates and reduce ulcer recurrence rate.Methods Select 60 cases of Hp-associated active gastric.In accordance with the order of treatment,all cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were given triple therapy(esomeprazole20mg+amoxicillin1g+clarithromycin0.5g bid),the treatment group were given triple therapy combined with micron rhubarb charcoal(esomeprazole20mg+amoxicillin1g+clarithromycin0.5g+micron rhubarb carbon4 g bid),Treatment time is 2 weeks,After the end of Hp eradication therapy the two group were treated by esomeprazole20 mg once a day,continuing 6 weeks.Refer to“Chinese medicine treatment guidelines for PU clinical research 2009”and“Gastrointestinal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scale 2010”to identify the main clinical symptoms and signs quantitative classification standards,recorded main clinical symptoms(stomach pain; gaseous distention;Belching;Heartburn or burning;Pantothenic acid. Nausea and vomiting; Poor appetite) integral scores of each patient before and after treatment.Review of gastroscope after 8 weeks treatment.1 month after treatments review 14C-UBT.6 months after the end of treatment,follow-up relapse of patients.Results①Clinical curative effect analysis:Two groups of cases post treatment the clinical symptoms of the total integral are significant difference compared with prior treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group total effective rate was 90%;The control group total effective rate 86.67%.Comparison between two groups of clinical curative effect,treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).②The treatment group TCM syndrome typing distribution and clinical curative effect comparison:In treatment group the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome,liver-stomach Disharmony syndrome, spleen and stomach weak were 11 cases,9 cases,10 cases.the clinical efficacy of syndrome types was 90.91% of the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome,88.89% of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome,90% of spleen and stomach weak type.The clinical curative effect has no apparent difference between syndrome type.③Individual clinical symptoms analysis:In the two groups each single symptom score post treatment were significantly reduced compared with prior treatment(P < 0.01).Individual clinical symptom integral comparison between the two groups after treatment,Stomach pain,stomach bilges,belch,heartburn or burning,pantothenic acid of treatment group improved better than that of control group(P<0.05).Treatment effect of nausea and vomiting,poor appetite is the same(P>0.05).④ Efficacy analysis of gastroscope:The recovery rate of treatment group was 86.67%.The control group was 83.33%.Both group total effective rate was 96.67%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).⑤The eradication rate of Hp:The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group was 87.5%,The control group was 64%,Through statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).⑥The recurrence rate:six months after the end of treatment, the recurrence rate in treatment group was 3.85%,it was 28% in control group,There are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Two groups of treatment has obvious curative effect in gastric ulcer.But in the aspect of improving patients’ clinical symptoms, reducing ulcer recurrence rate, micron rhubarb charcoal combined triple therapy has more advantages,it is an effective method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined treatment.
