Intervention ZiShenPingGan Decoction On The Treatment Of Early Renal Damage In Elderly Injure Of Essential Hypertensive Patients

Purpose:Through the research ZiShenPingGan Decoction on early renal damage in elderly patients with hypertension intervention, changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were observed before and after the treatment, and provide a new idea and method for the treatment of early renal damage in elderly essential hypertension is a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:The collection of 60 cases were accorded with the diagnostic standard of early renal damage in elderly hypertensive cases, in accordance with the visiting sequence, were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group of patients. 2 groups of patients were given treatment based antihypertensive consistent, such as quit tobacco and alcohol, low salt, low-fat diet, proper exercise, avoid emotional tension, hypertension knowledge education, if accompanied by hyperlipemia, coronary heart disease and other related diseases treatment. The two groups were orally amlodipine besylate tablets(Norvasc)5 ~ 10mg/d, add when necessary take blood pressure diuretic dose control, patients can be properly adjusted according to the illness. The experimental group adds the clothing ZiShenPingGan decoction, the control group adds the clothing of Shenyankangfu Tablet, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, the control group and the experimental groups were observed for 2 courses. 2 groups of patients were urinary ACR, β2-MG, Cystatin C and related indexes of renal function, 24 h dynamic blood pressure and clinical symptoms change before and after treatment.Results:After 2 cycles of standard treatment, calculated from the experimental group and the control group the total clinical effective rate were 90% and 60%, the rank sum test, P < 0.05, statistically significant differences, the curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group curative effect. The experimental group in improving the clinical symptoms, blood pressure, adjust the lower urinary ACR index results also showed that significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:ZiShenPingGan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with significant efficacy of early renal damage in senile essential hypertension, has a significant effect on the improvement of renal function, reduced the urine ACR and regulating blood pressure.
