| Endometriosis(EMs) refers to the endometrium, which normally lines the uterus, grows in otherplace as well. It is a common disease frequently occurring in women of child-bearing age. It caused by dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain and infertility, and that seriously affected the women’s quality of life.In recent years, its incidence increased year by year. But its pathogenesis is still unclear. The experiment was performed for detection of galactose lectin-3(Galectin-3, Gal-3) and beta catenin(β-catenin, β-Cat)in the ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium tissues of patients with endometriosis, then analysis its expression difference and correlation, discuss its role and relationship in endometriosis, in order to further clarify the pathogenesis of the disease, and provide experimental basis for a new way of diagnosis and treatment.Collected 34 cases which accept surgical treatment during2013/1~2014/3 and postoperative pathology confirmed EMs patients as experimental study group, take the ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium. Collected 30 cases which accept surgical treatment with other reason of the non EMs patients during the same period as the control group, take the normal endometrium.Immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of Gal-3 andβ-Cat in different endometrial tissue of the experimental and control groups. To analyze the different expression between the two factors and relevance by statistical analysis software SPSS19.0. Inspection standards with P <0.05.The results showed: 1.The positive expression rates of Gal-3 in EMs patients’ ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and that in normal endometrium tissue were 88.2%, 85.3%, 50.0%; the positive expression ofGal-3 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue(P<0.05); In control group, the positive expression of Gal-3 in secretory phase was significantly higher than that in hyperplasia period(P < 0.05). 2. The abnormal expression rates of β-Cat in EMs patients’ ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and that in normal endometrial tissue were 55.9%, 52.9%, 26.7%; the abnormal expression of β-Cat in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue(P < 0.05); In control group, the abnormal expression of β-Cat in hyperplasia phase was significantly higher than that in secretory period(P <0.05). 3. In EMs patients,The abnormal expression of β-Cat was significantly correlated with the positive expression of Gal-3(r=0.512,0.428,P<0.05).The highly positive expression of Gal-3 and abnormal expression ofβ-Cat in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium have close relationship with the etiology of endometriosis. They may play important roles in endometriosis.ACRONYM NAME IN ENGLISH䏿–‡å…¨ç§°EMs endometriosiså宫内膜异ä½ç—‡Gal-3 Galectin-3åŠä¹³ç³–å‡é›†ç´ 3β-Catβ-cateninβ-è¿žæŽ¥ç´ VEGF vascular endothelial groth factorè¡€ç®¡å†…çš®ç”Ÿé•¿å› åDAB 3,3-Diaminobenzidine二氨基è”苯胺ECM extracellular matrixc细胞外基质SPSS Statistical Product and Service Solutions社会科å¦ç»Ÿè®¡è½¯ä»¶HE hematoxylin-eosinè‹æœ¨ç´ -伊红C-D1 cyclin D1ç»†èƒžå‘¨æœŸç´ D1C-Myc C-MycåŽŸç™ŒåŸºå› Wnt Wingless and Int-1分泌糖蛋白GSK-3βGlycogen Synthase Kinase 3β糖原åˆæˆé…¶æ¿€é…¶3βE-cad E-cadherin上皮钙é»é™„ç´ PBS phosphate buffered saline磷酸ç›ç¼“冲液IHC immunohistochemistryå…疫组织化å¦æ³•TCF Hymus crude factor Tç»†èƒžå› åLEF Leukokinsis-enhancing factoræ·‹å·´æ ·å¢žå¼ºå› å... |
