[Objective] To investigate the arthroplasty surgery in perioperative management and the risk factors associated in total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty.To investigate the perioperative blood for clinical transfusion in the hospital, and to analyze the blood rationality.[Method] A retrospective analysis of arthroplasty surgery perioperative blood transfusion with complete data of 228 cases between January 2013 and June 2014, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Data collected by unified unit for conversion, for relevant information and data through Excel and SPSS 19.00 software for statistical analysis, And based on perioperative blood transfusion indications of rationality analysis evaluation.[Result] The ASA classification, surgery duration and blood loss were statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients who accept total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty with a perioperative transfusion ratio of 54.4%, the average amount of blood transfusion was 3.2u.8 patients received autologous blood transfusion in all patients.[Conclusion] The ASA classification, surgery duration and blood loss were the factors affect whether transfused perioperative of hip and knee replacement surgery patients, and clinical transfusion process is unreasonable in the hospital.
