| Objective:To understand the influencing factors of blood pressure increasing for patients with primary hypertension in the morning and the relationship between morning blood pressure increasing and left ventricular hypertrophy, conduction block (atrioventricular block and bundle branch block, etc.), atrial premature beats, atrial fibrillation, and asymptomatic ST-T changes in a rural area of Kunming. Methods:The made a epidemiological survey for 45 years-old person from Jan, 2015 to Feb 2015 in A Zi Ying town of Kunming city. The sampled randomly villages of four village committee to study and made questionnaire surveys(including gender, age, family name, occupation, culture degree, marriage, medical insurance categories, economic income, disease history, personal history, medical and health services utilization, personal habits and life events, family history), a physical examination(height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, neck circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, ECG), echocardiography, blood tests and other inspection for those villagers who were willing to accept investigation and accord with investigation standard. Then, the collected materials and data and screened villagers with primary hypertension (after exclusion criteria exclude later). Sampling randomly 822 cases of all measured morning blood pressure twice and calculated the average of all data. According to the standard of diagnosis of morning hypertension the documents mentioned, we divided morning hypertension group (MBPS) with be equal or greater than 150/90mmHg of blood pressure and non- morning hypertension group (NMBPS) with less than 150/90mmHg of blood pressure. All the results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Resultsrin the rural area.1. Prevalence of hypertension, and low rate of medication and control2. The left ventricular mass index are factors of blood pressure increasing in the morning, p<0.001, the difference is significant for statistics.3. Compared with NMBPS group, the IVSTã€LVMã€LVMIã€PWTã€LVdD of MBPS group increases obviously, the difference is significant for statistics(p<0.05).4. Detection of left ventricular hypertrophy in MBPS group was obviously higher than that of NMBPS group, the difference is significant for statistics (p=0.002)5. Block, atrial fibrillation, ST-T changes of MBPS group were significantly higher than that of NMBPS group, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Hypertension among rural population in the region has a high prevalence and the high incidence of high blood pressure in the morning(2) The rural areas of morning hypertension were positively correlated with left ventricular mass index and heart rate were(3) Hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy in the rural areas have a high incidence, the rate of left ventricular hypertrophy in MBPS was higher than NMBPS group.(4) The rate of block, atrial fibrillation, ST-T changes in asymptomatic in MBPS group was higher than NMBPS group. |
