Objective:(1) Researching the present situation of the stress of pregnancy, the second stage of labor and postpartum lactation; (2) Exploring impacts of the second stage of labor and postpartum lactation on pregnancy stress; (3) Through the investigation on the stress of pregnancy, the second stage of labor and postpartum lactation, this paper provides a beneficial scientific basis in order to shorten the second stage of labor and the time of lactation beginning. Methods:This research is the combination of cross section and prospect. Combined with the information of neutrophils and eosinophils in blood routine of early pregnancy and late pregnancy, the records of the second stage of labor and lactating time after delivery, the research object is 60 cases of pregnant women fulfilled our study criteria in the obstetrics of a Grade Ⅲ and Class A hospital from March to September,2014, by using of Life Events Scale for Pregnant Women and Pregnancy Pressure Scale.SPSS17.0 statistical software is used to process data. Measurement data accorded with normal distribution are described by mean ± standard deviation, vice verse, using median and percentages (P25, P75). Statistical analysis methods include Spearman correlation coefficient and Cox regression model.Results:(1) The status of the investigation show that there are some differences in pregnancy compared to pregnant women with normal neutrophils value change.(2) Age, neutrophils, absolute neutrophils poor, the percentage of neutrophils, neutrophil percentage difference, eosinophils, percentage of eosinophils, the percentage of eosinophils poor, pregnant life events, pregnancy out of pressure, whether to use oxytocin as independent variables, the second stage time as the dependent variable was analyzed using Cox regression. Selection backward maximum likelihood method, the results granulocytes change into regression equation, physiological factors is the second stage of labor the main factors.(3)Age, neutrophils, absolute neutrophil poor, the percentage of neutrophils, neutrophils percentage difference, eosinophils, percentage of eosinophils, the percentage of eosinophils poor, pregnant life events, pregnancy out of pressure, whether to use oxytocin as independent variables, lactation period as the dependent variable was analyzed using Cox regression. Selection backward maximum likelihood method, the difference between the percentage of neutrophils, pregnant life events are the main factors of postpartum lactation effects.(4) After Spearman correlation coefficient analysis, P>0.05, psychological Scale and pregnancy-related neutropenia no change, that has nothing to do with neutropenia psychological changes during pregnancy.Conclusion:(1) During a non-disease state status survey showed pregnant women’s neutrophils, eosinophils can’t be used to measure by the normal range.(2) The third trimester physiological conditions is a major factor in the impact of the second stage of labor(3) Physiological and psychological changes during pregnancy are the main factor initiating lactation effects. The more intense physiological changes during pregnancy, the more life events experienced, the greater the degree of stress, the late lactation; but objectively strong stress events will stimulate lactation, lactation shorter time.
