Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) in early breast cancer with the quantitative nanlysis of early breast cancer byDCE-MRI.Methods:Seventy-three patients with early stage breast mass lesion for the study, forty-one malignant disease patients, as the experimental group; thirty-two pati-ents with benign disease, as a control group. All patients before preoperative with 1.5T quantitative dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, measured quantitative parameters of dise-ase,including Ktrans, Vp and Kep, Postoperativel pathology as the gold standard for diag-nosis. Differences of quantitative parameters with the three groups of benign and malig-nant breast disease, subgroup of malignant disease were statistically analyzed. Results: Forty-one cases of breast cancer patients, minimum value of Ktrans is 0.107986min-1, maximum value is 2.8101 min-1; minimum value of Kep is 0.044983 min-1,maximum value is 1.554312 min-1; minimum value of Vpis 0.001767 ml,maximum value is 0.742785 ml. Thirty-two cases of patients with benign breast disease, minimum value of Ktrans is 0.124732 min-1,maximum value is 2.472062 min-1; minimum value of Kep is 0.008157 min-1,maximum value is 1.759629min-1; minimum value of Vp is 0.008157 ml,maximum value is 0.815542ml. The mean Ktrans,Kep and Vp of malignant disease patients were (1.131603±0.526305)min-1、(0.428326±0.452809)min-1 and (0.242876± 0.212285)ml.The mean Ktrans,Kep and Vp of benign disease patients were (0.866800±0.5647 27)min-1,(0.348881±0.288866)min-1 and (0.300322±0.223651)ml. Ktrans values are statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05), Kep and Vp value was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).The mean Ktrans,Kep and Vp of ER-positive group were (1.232266±0.544134)min-1,(0.330371±0.217898)min-1 and (0.215366±0.190162)ml(P> 0.05). ER-negative group were (0.937468±0.445535)min-1, (0.384578±0.399632)min-1 and (0.295934±0.24846 3)ml(P> 0.05).The mean Ktrans,Kep and Vp of PR-positive group were (1.217283+0.562471)min-1,(0.309438±0.193498)min-1 and (0.237587±0.211155) ml(P> 0.05). PR-negative group were (1.010643±0.459509) min-1,(0.404564±0.386211) min-1 and (0.250345 ±0.220154)ml(P> 0.05).The mean Ktrans,Kep and Vp of HER2-positive group were (1.145891±0.63857 0)min-1,(0.217330±0.779255)min-1 and (0.271196±0.245435)ml (P> 0.05). HER2-negative group were(1.126364±0.491272)min-1,(0.216477±0.371716)min-1 and (0.232493±0.202412)ml(P> 0.05).The mean Ktrans of Luminal A,Luminal B,Luminal B-like,ERBB2+,and Basal-like is (1.147005±0.341036)min-1,(1.322726±0.501837)min-1,(1.182319±1.08860)min-1,(1.064889±0.326256)min-1 and (0.922387±0.494346) min-1(P> 0.05). The mean Kep is (0.304236±0.158269)min-1,(0.294525±0.219359)min-1,(0.415730±0.335864)min-1(0.626679±0.539778)min-1 and (0.293745±0.248094)min-1(P>0.05). The mean Vp is (0.262059±0.229319)ml,(0.193774±0.178735)ml,(0.281229±0.268719)ml,(0.290964±0 .287009)ml,(0.244945±0.208476)ml,(P>0.05).Clusion:Quantitative parameters Ktrans of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI is important on diagnosing of early breast cancer,and may be used for differential diagnosis of ben-ign and malignant breast disease.
