Clinical Research Of Using Buchang Naoxintong To Treating Community’s Ischemic Stroke Sequelae Patients Of Blood Stasis TCM Constitution

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Buchang Naoxintong for blood stasis TCM constitution of ischemic stroke sequelae patients in community hospital. Discussion the effect of Buchang Naoxintong for blood stasis TCM constitution of ischemic stroke sequelae patients in community hospital, and provide the basis for using Buchang naoxintong to treat ischemic stroke sequela.Methods:Collect 50 ischemic stroke sequelae patients with blood stasis TCM constitution since 2014 February～2014 May in Nanjing City, Binhu community health service center. According to a file number sequence, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group 25 cases and control group with 25 cases. The control group was given to knead the acupoint therapy, the observation group in the control group based on the use of Buchang naoxintong,4 capsules,3times/day. Comparison of the clinical effect of the two groups, and re-test the related content of TCM Constitution of information acquisition.Results:1. After the treatment, the observation group and the control group are both effective with neurological impairment standard.The score of the experimental the total efficiency of 72%. The score of the control group with neurological impairment standard, the total efficiency of 24%. The effect of observation group was better than control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01).observation the basic recovery group, in stroke patients with neurological impairment score standard, the score results significantly is 8.4±4.92 better than the control group 12.44±8.48. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).2. After the treatment, the observation group and the control group are both effective in the Chinese Constitution identification score standard, the score of the observation group was 7.36±2.70 significantly better than the control group 11.6±1.98. the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.01).Conclusions:Buchang Naoxintong capsule can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of stroke sequela patients with blood stasis TCM constitution in the community hospital, which is worthy of popularization and application.
