The Influence Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Laparoscopic Surgery To The Serum Interferon Gamma And The Clinical Efficacy Of Patients With Tubal Infertility

Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of tubal infertility patients by laparoscopic surgery combined with huayutongluo medicine treatment and laparoscopic surgery alone,analysis of changes both before and after treatment,including the levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ),the rates of tubal, the rates of pregnancy and clinical symptoms, local signs.Preliminary study on the mechanism of Huayutongluo medicine for tubal infertility,to provide a theoretical basis for integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease from various aspects and angles,in order to provide standardized diagnosis and treatment programs for tubal infertility.Methods:60 tubal infertility patients in line with traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis standard were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases (treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine) and control group of 30 cases (treated with surgery alone).The treatment group oraled Chinese medicine for 3 months,and both two groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment. Before and after treatment the two groups were respectively detected by safety testing (Blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram) and efficacy testing (rate of pregnancy, integral of syndromes and local signs, degree of tube patency,the levels of serum IFN-γ).Compare the changes of the efficacy index before and after treatment in two groups,and the differences between groups after treatment.Result:① The efficacy of the two groups of detection index after treatment were significantly different compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);②Half a year after the treatment, the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 63.3% with no one case of ectopic pregnancy, while the pregnancy rate of control group was 33.3% with one case of ectopic pregnancy, so two groups have significant differences in pregnancy rate comparison(P<0.05);③ After treatment, compare TCM symptoms with two groups, the effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,while the control group was 70.0%,so two groups have significant differences(P<0.01);④ Compare local signs after treatment, improvement of treatment group(93.3%) is more apparent than control group(76.7%)(P<0.01);⑤ Comparison on the rates of not pregnant patients’ tubal, the treatment group has more important advantages(P<0.05);⑥ Both of the two treatments can reduce the levels of serum IFN-γ (P<0.05).The change in treatment group is more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery combined with huayutongluo medicine treatment of tubal infertility can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and reduce levels of serum IFN-γ, in order to improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and decrease the rate of ectopic pregnancy.
