Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty In Treatment Of Development Dysplasia Of The Hip With Osteoarthritis Secondary

Background:Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH), as the common type of Developmental deformity, used to known as congenital dislocation of the hip(CDH). It can cause the Osteoarthrosis of the hip joint(OAH) which is the common disease of hip lesions. Total hip arthroplasty(THA) in now is the prevalent surgical operation in treating DDH with OAH secondary. In china, DDH patients usually find they have DDH come with the symptom of the hip joint, and use the acesodyne medicine until they can not endure the pain which stem from the pathological changes of the DDH hip, they come for surgical in serious stages of OAH with the bad hip joint lesions that in difficult operation and higher risk. This situation is the problem the joint doctor have to deal with.Objective:This object is focus on 63 patients who have DDH used THA in treating the OAH secondary. The patients were in our hospital for surgical in past from 2010-2014, they were choosed as the same situation and follow up for 6 to 61 month, except 3 lost follow up. They were scored with the Harris Hip functional system preoperative and last follow up, and also meterage their X-ray of anteroposterior pelvis. All the data are use for evaluate the effect of the THA to sum up the experience in increase the surgical.Methods:Compare the score between preoperative and last follow up using Harris functional system. Also compare the score in grouping the patients with the typing of DDH by crowe. Correlation in the length of the leg, collodiaphysial angle and the score. All the analyse is use SPSS 19.0 system, and cognize the effect of the THAResults:In all 60 patients, average follow up in 23 month, average preoperative score is 49,average last follow up score is 86, the length of the leg, collodiaphysial angle and the score have correlation. THA can acquire a well tearting results.Conclusions:THA could use in all stage of the typing of DDH by crowe with favorable results.The complete preoperative plan and meticulous operate can improve the effect of THA.
