Objective: To study and investigate the influence of different kinds of chemoteapies on serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and BMI of infiltrative non-specific breast cancer patients who accepted initial adjuvant chemother-apies by retrospective study. Methods: We collected clinical data of 99 breast cancer patients treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from May 2009 to July2014,all patients had definitive diagnosis of infiltrative non-specific breast cancer.Accoding to the standard of adjuvant chemotherapy,We divided the patients into four groups:AC-Tgroup,ACgroup,TCgroup,CEFgroup.The levels of TC,TG,LDL,HD L and BMI was detected before the patients accepting the firstchemotherapy and after accepting the last one. The influence of different kinds of chemotherapyes on serum lipid level and BMI were analyzed by SPSS21.0 st-atistical software.Results:1.After chemotherapy,99 b reast cancer patients ‘s TC was(5.51 ± 0.86) mmol / L, which was higer than before, LDL was(3.29 ± 0.68) mmol / L,which was lower than before, but the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05). BMI was(24.20 ± 2.84), TG was(1.89 ± 0.91) mmol / L,both of them incresed, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05); HDL was(1.18 ± 0.24) mmol / L, lower than before chemotherapy, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). 2.The results showed that,AC-T group:after chemotherapy TC level was(5.59±0.80)mmol/L,TG level was(1.80±0.77)mmol/L,LDL level was(3.37±0.67)mmol/L,APOB level was(5.59±0.80)mmol/L and BMI was(24.15±2.91),all the levels increased.while HDL was(1.21±0.23)mmol/L, the level was decreased. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). AC group:after chemotherapy, TG level was(2.17±1.04)mmol/L,BMI was(23.67±3.08),both levels were increased;HDL level was(1.16±0.26)mmol/L,the level was decreased,(P<0.05). All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). TC group:after chemotherapy,TG levels was(2.49±1.29)mmol/L,which was increased;HDL level was(1.07±0.15)mmol/L, LDL was(3.14±0.72)mmol/L the level was decreased. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CEF group: after chemotherapy,TG was(25.07±2.98)mmol/L,TG was(1.48±0.55)mmol/L,HDL was( 1.22±0.26) mmol/L,LDL was( 3.20±0.74) mmol/L,BMI was(25.07±2.98),but there were no statistically differences(P>0.05). 3.In the four groups, there were no significant differences among the influence of serum TG,HDL and BMI(P>0.05).But for serum TC,LDLthere were statistical-l y difference(P<0.05). Compared TC group with AC-T group, the larger the degree of influence on the serum TC, LDL changed in TC Group the greater degree of influence on serum LDL in TC group.Conclusion:1. After adjuvant chemotherapy, patients with infiltrative non-specific breast cancer’s BMI increased. 2. After adjuvant chemotherapy, patients with infiltrative non-specific breast cancer’s serum TG increased, serum HDL decreased. 3. Adjuvant chemotherapy had no influence on serum LDL and TC.
