The Influences Of Li’s Artificial Liver System In Hepatitis B On Acute Chronic Liver Failure

Object:To study the treatment effect and influences of Li’s artificial liver system in treating with liver failure patients.Methods:By treating30liver failure patients with Li-ALS in the First Affiliated hospital of Zhe Jiang University from2014.1.1to2014.11.30after admission, these patients were given conventional internal medicine treatment before and after Li-ALS therapy, patient’s symptoms and syndromes has been record. Lab results as blood test, ALT, AST, AKP, TBil, PT time were closely observed.Result:After Li-ALS therapy, patient’s symptoms and manifestations were improved. Lab test shows a remarkable decrease of ALT, AST, AKP, TBil, and PT level (P<0.01). Li-ALS therapy has improved patient’s state of illness and conditions.Conclusion:Li-ALS therapy is a effective treatment for liver failure. It significantly improves the patient’s symptoms and Lab test results.
