Panax notoginseng was herbs of Araliaceae, a well-known Chinese herbal medicine In2010Chinese Pharmacopoeia, in this paper we developed the athermal processing technology of Panax notoginseng with extraction, isolation, purification, concentrate and drying.The optimum extraction method of the main activity compounds was selected by a simple HPLC method that was established and validated for the analyses determination of Panax notoginseng’s content of3components-Rb1, Rgl and R1, and a single factor experiment and orthogonal test was adopted with ethanol cycle-ultrasonic method; then we obtained the extract solution, combined the ultrafiltration and nanofiltration technique we separated, purified this solution; finally the concentrated liquid was freeze-dried to obtain high purity intermediates-lyophilized powder.Choose ethanol ultrasonic method, using the single factor investigation combined with orthogonal test the best extraction technology to optimize best extraction parameters with conditions were determined as follows:20times volume30%ethanol solution as solvent, coarse powder soak overnight, under30℃circulating ultrasonic extraction2times, every time20min.This experiment in combination with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique, and determine the three kinds of active ingredients in panax notoginseng extract content, through comparing the cycle method of ultrasonic and conventional refluxing extraction effective composition content in the extract of panax notoginseng, using the single factor experiment combined with orthogonal test, determine the notoginseng saponin compounds in medicinal materials the best extraction process.Ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membrane combination technology is adopted to improve the separation, purification and enrichment; After ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, paste-forming rate of Panax notoginseng extracts was fell by an average18.4percent, the yield of index components were greater than91%, the concentration ratio was11.5times.The concentrate freeze drying to be high purity of intermediates-Panax notoginseng freeze-dried powder. Freeze-drying process parameters were as followed:pre-freeze temperature is-40℃, pre-freeze time is2h, sublimation temperature is40℃, sublimation time is5h, resolution temperature is45℃, resolution time is8h.Establishing an athermal processing technology of Panax notoginseng in order to maximize to obtain the original ingredients of Panax notoginseng, provides a new process technology for kinds of expensive Chinese medicinal materials.
