Objective: To detect the changes of the immunoglobulin, the complement, the T lymphocyte subsets in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),to investigate the immune dysfunction and clinical significance of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),and to provide a basis for immunological therapy with MPP.Methods: 60 cases diagnosed as MPP were selected in department of pediatrics of our hospital from July,2013 to December,2013. 60 healthy children were selected as the control group in the same period. Expression level of the immunoglobulin and the T lymphocyte subsets of both MPP group(before and after treatment)and the control group was detected respectively. Results:The level of Ig A,Ig E,Ig M,Ig G in MPP group(before treatment) were 0.69±0.25,99.33±71.34,1.51±0.32,8.97±3.56, the level of Ig A,Ig E,Ig M,Ig G in MPP group(after treatment) were 0.71±0.22,83.47±68.23,1.52±0.28,9.82±3.85,the level of Ig A,Ig E,Ig M,Ig G in control group were 0.81±0.31,13.41±2.83,0.80±0.24,5.59±2.77.Compared with the control group, the level of Ig A in MPP group(before and after treatment) were both significant lower, while the level of Ig A,Ig E,Ig M,Ig G was both higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the level Ig A,Ig E,Ig M,Ig G between the MPP group before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The level of CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4+/CD8+ in MPP group(before treatment) were 69.13±8.17,37.86±8.25,28.06±9.29,1.55±0.57, the level of CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4+/CD8+ in MPP group(after treatment) were 68.26±7.81,36.72±8.27,29.87±9.48,1.42±0.51,the level of CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4+/CD8+ in control group were 73.62±6.69,46.68±3.28,21.11±4.21,2.31±0.54.Compared with the control group, the level of CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD4+/CD8+ in MPP group(before and after treatment) were both significant lower, while the level of CD8+ was both higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the level of CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4+/CD8+ between the MPP group before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: the function of immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets is imbalanced in MPP. Humoral immunity and cellular immune dysfunction may play an important role in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. |
