Objective To discuss influence on neurologic function and expression of angiogenin-1(Ang-1) and tyrosine kinase receptors-2(Tie-2) of rats at cerebral hemorrhage recovery stage treated by Bone marrow stromal cells transplantation.Method 63 male SD rats were divided into sham operation(the normal group,n=21),cerebral hemorrhage group(n=21) and transplantation group(n=21) according to random number table and all the groups were subdivided into three groups of 28 days,35 days and 42 days after cerebral hemorrhage.Intracerebral hemorrhage model of rats were erected by â…¦ type collagen enzyme induction and modified adhesive removal test(MST) was employed to evaluate the neurologic function.the rats in three subgroups were killed accordingly 28 days,35 days and 42 days after cerebral hemorrhage(namely 7 days,14 days and 21 days after transplantation treatment).Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and Western Blotting method were respectively adopted to test the Ang-1 mRNA and Tie-2 levels of the bleeding tissues. The MST scores of every time were compared among the three groups. Results The MST scores of the cerebral hemorrhage group and transplantation group were obviously lower than that of the normal group, differences were statistically significant( all P <0.05).Starting from 7 daysafter operation the MST scores of transplantation group were evidently higher than that of cerebral hemorrhage group(all P<0.05).The Ang-1 mRNA and Tie-2 levels of cerebral hemorrhage group and transplantation group were obviously higher than that of normal group and the transplantation group showed more evidently(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Bone marrow stromal cells transplantation can effectively improve the the recovery of neural function of rats at cerebral hemorrhage recovery stage and the concrete mechanism may be related to the increase of the Ang-1 mRNA and Tie-2 of the bleeding tissues.
