The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Wen Tong Method In Combination With Chemotherapy For Patients With Drug-resistant Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objective:To research the recent effect of wen tong method in combination with chemotherapy in patients who have lung adenocarcinoma.This patients must have been spleen and kidney faintness, and drug resistance after the epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor.We will study the objective response, symptoms ameliorate, quality of life, KPS grade, toxicity.We want to provide a new basis for Wen Tong method in the field of cancer, and clinical applications.Methods:80 cases of patients were randomly split into treatment group 40 cases and the control group 40 cases.This two groups were observed in objective response, symptoms ameliorate, quality of life, KPS score and toxicity. In treatment group,we use Wen Tong Chinese herbs unite with chemotherapy,while in control group,we use chemotherapy only.Results:(1)Quality of Life Points:Before treatment, in both two groups quality of life points, the divergence has not statistical significant (P> 0.05); integration and quality of life of the two groups before treatment contrast, has declined, and the divergence has statistical significant(P<0.01); in the two groups posttreatment, the treatment group points to enhance the quality of life than the control group, the divergence has statistical significant (P<0.01). Tip Participation Wen Tong method combined with chemotherapy in improving the quality of life is better than chemotherapy alone.(2) Clinical medicine:Both the two groups,use the t test, symptom score before treatment, the divergence has no statistical significant (P> 0.05); both the two groups after treatment were lower symptom scores contrast to the first two groups, compared with the previous treatment, the divergence has statistical significance (P<0.01); in the two groups posttreatment, symptom score higher in the treatment group reduced,the discrepancy has statistical significant (P<0.01). Description Wen Tong method has certain advantages in improving clinical symptoms.(3)Changes in tumor areas:In the treatment group and the control group overall tumor response rate ORR (CR+PR), the t test, the divergence has statistical significant (P<0.05),but in disease control rate (CR+ PR+SD), use t-test,in the treatment group and the control group have no statistical significance (P> 0.05).(4) KPS score statistics:according to Karnofsky score results by t test, before the treatment, the discrepancy has not statistical significant (P> 0.05); after treatment, the treatment group enhanced KPS scores compared to the previous treatment, the divergence has statistical significant (P<0.01); after treatment, the control group enhanced KPS scores compared to the previous treatment,but the discrepancy has no statistically significant (P> 0.05); in the two groups posttreatment, the treatment group KPS score higher, the divergence has statistical significant (P<0.05). Tip Participation Wen Tong method join with chemotherapy will enhance the quality of life in these patients who have LA.(5)Leukopenia case:In treatment group IH-IV degree of bone marrow depression (leukopenia) rate was 15%. In the control group III-IV degree of bone marrow suppression occurred was 45%.Conclusion:Wen Tong method join with chemotherapy can enhance the quality of life and efficacy, decrease the incidence of bone marrow suppression for patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type in lung idenocarcinoma resistant to EGFR-TKIs.
