The Observation Of Immediate Antihypertension Effects Of Auricular Point Pressing Therapy

Objective:By observing the immediate antihypertension effects of auricular point pressing therapy, to evaluate the effect of auricular point pressing therapy on hypertension and provide the objective basis for clinical hypertension treatment.Method:By consulting CNKI net and taking “vertigo,headache,hypertension,auricular point pressing therapy” for keywords from 1980 to 2014,and collecting the literature about hypertension,to study the pathogenesis of Chinese and western medicine for hypertension, the progress of Chinese and western medicine treatment and the treatment progress of auricular point pressing therapy on hypertension. This study adopts randomized,controlled design,all the patients were selected with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria, in accordance with the random number table, and choose the hypertension volunteers from the community of the second machine tool factory in Huai Yin District,jinan city,Shandong province,Rule out the patients with blood disease,active tumor,instability of disease and other serious diseases,disabled,ear skin damaged,pregnant,etc..After informed consent,according to diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,randomly select 96 patients with hypertension to divide into test group( auricular plaster group,48 cases);and the control group(blank control group,48 cases).Test group:press the beans in the left ear and massage the acupoints frequently;record the data of blood pressure instantly before treatment and 5min, 10 min, 20 min after the treatment.Control group:without treatment,record the data of blood pressure instantly before the test and 5min,10 min,20min after the start.To observe the blood pressure changes before and after the treatment,evaluate the effect of auricular point pressing therapy on hypertension.Result:1.Compare before the treatment and after the treatment 5min,10 min,20min,the systolic blood pressure of auricular plaster group were decreased significantly(P<0.01)the systolic blood pressure of the control group were decreased insignificantly(P>0.05). 2.Compare before the treatment and after the treatment 5min,10 min,the diastolic blood pressure of auricular plaster group were decreased significantly(P<0.01),after the treatment 20 min,were decreased(P<0.05);the control group were decreased insignificantly(P>0.05). 3.5min after treatment,the effective rate of auricular plaster group is 62.5%,the control group is 52.08%;10min after treatment,the effective rate of auricular plaster group is 60.41%,the control group is 47.91%;20min after treatment,the effective rate of auricular plaster group is 66.66%,the control group is 56%.According to Chi-square test,there is no statistically significant difference of the effective rate of the Immediate Antihypertension between two groups in different period.Conclusion:Auricular Point Pressing Therapy is effective for the Immediate Antihypertension. Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were decreased significantly in auricular plaster group in different period. There was no significant difference of the effective rate of the Immediate Antihypertension of between two groups in different period.
