Clinical Study Of Tang Xinshu In The Treatment Of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy And Its Effect On LncRNA In The Myocardium Of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy Rats

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tang Xinshu in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy of deficiency of both qi and Yin,blood stasis syndrome.To observe the effects of Tang Xinshu on the expression of LncRNA in the Diabetic cardiomyopathy model,and explore its mechanism of action.Methods: DCM patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group of 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group.Patients in the control group only received basic treatment,traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with basic treatment and Tangxinshu.To observe the effect of Tang Xinshu on laboratory index,symptom scores,the comprehensive effect,and compared with the control group.To observe the changes of the expression of LncRNA after the establishment of diabetic cardiomyopathy model, and evaluate the effects of Tang Xinshu.Results: The integrated effect of the two groups after treatment statistics show,Chinese traditional medicine group total effectiveness 83.33%, control group total effectiveness 46.67%,traditional Chinese medicine group is better than control group.Two groups of symptom scores after treatment were decreased,the traditional Chinese medicine group and control group was statistically significant.Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the blood glucose,blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin,brain natriuretic peptide,cardiac function,curative effect is better than that of the control group.Practice has proved that the medicine is safe, because the patient’s liver function,renal function,blood routine examination did not change.Disease group compared with the control group,there are 789 different LncRNAs and l099 different mRNAs.Traditional Chinese medicine group compared with the group of diseases,there are 172 different LncRNAs and 663 different mRNAs.Conclusion: This study confirmed the Tangxinshu can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in patients with DCM,and taking Tang Xinshu is safe. Tangxinshu can affect the process of DCM by affecting the expression of LncRNAs and mRNAs,this may be achieved by improving ventricular remodeling.
