Clinical Observation Of Flavored Liuwei Dihuang Decoction On The Treatment Of Cardiorenal Syndrome Type â… 

Purpose: Add flavor with Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of western medicine foundation treatment of cardiorenal syndrome typeⅠ,through the observation of the patient’s symptoms and laboratory indexes before and after treatment, to explore flavored Liuwei Dihuang decoction on cardiovascular heart function and the effect of renal function in patients with cardiorenal syndrome typeⅠ.Methods: Observation of 60 cases of patients were from Shangdong binzhou city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in March, 2013- December, 2014 outpatient and hospitalized patients, consistent with internationally recognized cardiorenal syndrome typeⅠ diagnostic criteria, 60 cases were randomly divided into the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and therapy for the treatment of western medicine treatment group 30 cases and western medicine treatment control group 30 cases. Two groups all use western medicine symptomatic treatment, low salt, low fat, high quality low-protein diet, control of blood pressure blood sugar blood fat, correction of anemia, according to the routine use of diuretics condition(spironolactone), angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI), beta blockers, statins, and so on. The treatment group taking flavored Liuwei Dihuang decoction. For 1 month for a period of treatment, 2 course of treatment. Observe two groups treatment of clinical symptoms and B-type natriuretic peptideserum(BNP),creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood lipids(TG、TC、HDL-C 、 LDL-C),Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and other changes were observed before and after treatment.Results: Efficiency of the treatment group was 36.7%,the total efficiency of 90%,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(anorexia, edema, limb hemp heavy, fatigue and lack of strength, heart-throb, the chest and hypochondrium distension, heavy head as if wrapped, mouth sticky, and so on),improve heart and renal function, improve renal blood flow significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Flavored Liuwei Dihuang decoction significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome typeⅠ, can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms in patients with cardiorenal syndrome, have significant effects in improving heart and renal function and renal blood supply.
