Observation On Clinical Effect Of Herb-Partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel For TCM Symptoms Of Functional Constipation

Objective:Through This study on patients with functional constipation type empirical as the research object, to isolate starch moxibustion medicine moxibustion umbilical method and umbilical method for treatments, with constipation symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine as an index, by the method of randomized, controlled and observe every effect umbilical method with every other starch moxibustion method of functional constipation symptoms of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, analyze the curative effect of two groups of differences, to verify the effect of drugs on navel, and explain the mechanism of the navel.Methods: 60 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group(isolation effect umbilical group) and control group(separated moxibustion umbilical starch group), 30 cases each, observe the change of symptom scores before and after the treatment, compare the difference between the two groups.Results: Group comparison, isolation effect umbilical group in the first, fourth after treatment and follow-up on all the symptoms of constipation has obvious sex difference, 2, 3 times after treatment no significant sex differences. Every starch moxibustion umbilical group of the main symptoms of constipation(defecation time interval, defecation time, stool properties, defecate laborious) improve differences but without statistical significance, and the degree of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, chest, a new full, depressed or anxious symptoms in the 1st, 2nd, 4th and follow-up after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05). Observation group and control group in the clinical total effective rate was 93.33% and 93.33% respectively, there is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01), markedly effective rate of the two groups were 76.67% and 6.67% respectively extremely significant differences(P < 0.01), the observation group was better than the control group.(P < 0.01).Conclusion: the isolation effect umbilical method can obviously shorten the functional constipation defecate time interval, defecation time, reduce the difficulty of defecation, improve feces properties and the forward curative effect is good, low recurrence rate. In mental state, loss of appetite and bloating improvements isolate starch moxibustion medicine moxibustion umbilical method is superior to the umbilical method.
